Managing Director

As founder and managing director of GJC Search, Gerry brings to the table a wealth of both semiconductor industry and recruitment experience spanning over 25 years, with his commercial feet firmly rooted within the technology sector.

Testament to his achievements in recruitment have been numerous high profile international hires up to CEO level, and a previous client list that includes some of the world’s largest technology organisations.

Gerry’s passions include business, technology and a fascination for the rapid pace of innovation.

Di Gregory MIRP

Di’s recruitment career began within office and operational management for boutique consultancies.  Her talent for organising, systemising and looking for leaner ways of doing things led Di to develop a passion for recruitment research and sourcing.  

Over her career, she has been involved in recruitment projects for both professional services and the semiconductor industry.

Di’s passions include social media, research and joining the dots between position and skills and between client and candidate.
